home from surgery 4/26

HI Everyone, I just want to say thank you to everyone that had sent their prayers. I had the surgery on 4/26. I was home probably one day earlier than I should have been...but was home by 4/28. A long 3 hour drive home. Overall I guess I am doing pretty good. I have not taken any pain meds since I have been home. I have been on my full liquid diet and start next week soft diet. I can not wait... I have been able to keep everything down. I guess my 3rd day was the worse. Today I actually feel half way human. God Bless all of you that in the recovery stages with me and for the ones that are on their way way to the remarkable journey ahead of you. I am glad to be on the losers' bench........
