I don't know how I feel? Full? Empty? 6 days P/O

I'm on full clear liquids, everyhting has sat well so far aside from my vitamins. I keep sipping all day but I feel- weird? in my stomach?Slightly quesy. Could I be sipping too fast?I haven't changed which liquids or anything. How do we learn to "read" our new bodies?

HI Beth. I had surgery last Thursday and I too am on liquids (clear) I don't know what I feel either....but I do know i hate that yechy Carnation Instant breakfast. I try to drink water all the time, and I love MISO soup so that is getting me by. I know I am not getting enough protein yet, but I think with full liquids I will do better. Also, I will be home. Right now I am in Fort Lee, after surgery with Dr. Goodman. I have to tell you that I love NJ Great shopping. Take care I know we will get the hang of this soon. sidney

Glad to here you are doing good. If you want to try a clear liquid for protein a good one is Isopure! Taste better than Carnation!! Just a thought! Adam

Beth, I think it just happens with trial and error . Have you checked over on the February and March boards?
