Welcome to the April board, Amber, and congratulations on your surgery date. I also experienced some scared feelings before my surgery. I think that is just normal. I'm glad you've joined us and I'm sending all the support I can you way. (hugs) Bonnie

Hi Amber, Welcome to the April board and congratulations on your surgery. Mine is on the 18th. I'm not scared yet. I truly believe that I am supposed to do this. In September '05, I quit smoking and I prayed that God would take away my desire for cigarettes. And He did!! This past Tuesday, when I started on two weeks of clear liquids and protein drinks, I prayed that He take away the hunger pains, and He did! God is so good! I Pray that He will take away your fears and surrround you and fill you with peace. Darlene
