Hi Y'all. Have any of you looked into vitamins yet? I was looking today. My docs office recommends Bariatric Advantage, but they are so expensive. I was looking at the centrum complete. What do you think? Cindee

Well my doctor Dr. Titus Duncan recommends Juice Plus it is pricey but your health is worth it. You can get it online. www.juiceplus.com

I just had surgery on Monday, and my surgeon checked out all my vitamins before surgery. I have Centrum Chewables. My surgeon and nutritionist recommended checking out Costco and other local vitamin shops. I decided I was not going to spend a fortune on vitamins unless I am having problems down the road. Good Luck Kelli

Thanks Kelli. I used to take a very expensive brand of vitamins, they came from Utah, but I cannot remember the name of them to save my life. They were very good vitamins. I think the Centrums will be just fine tho, unless, like you said, I start to have problems. Thanks for responding. Cindee

Hi Cindee, I got al mine from WalMart, my Dr. said there are all about the same anyway, so I figure why spend a ton of money on something I'll have to buy the rest of my life? It's what ever works best for you. My nutritionist did have me start mine about a month ago, my surgery is in just a few more DAYS! YIPPPEEEEE 4/12. I just can't wait. Take Care. Hugs to you, Perry W.
