Emotional roller coaster

I went yesterday for my pre-op and now my surgery is up in the air again. After I started this process I was accepted under my employer's company for insurance, making them the primary carrier. I called BCBS and told them. Then, two days ago I called to reconfirm what the process was and they didn't have it recorded that I had other insurance. Long story short, my boss was able to intervene and get a letter stating that insurance denied WLS so the secondary would pick it up. This was after the doctor's office was told it would take 7 - 10 days to get a letter. At first the doctor's office told me they were cancelling the surgery all together (I am schedule for April 5th - this coming Wednesday). Oh, my what a let down after struggling all these months. I still dont know for certain and won't until Monday. Now the doctor's office wants a letter in writing that BCBS will cover this. Please say a lttle prayer for me that all is well. Thanks. Mary

Thank you both for your kind encouragement. I just needed to share a stressful day. It will be along week-end waiting for Monday to roll around.
