Akins Advantacge Shakes

Hi everyone Is it ok to use Atkins Advantage shakes inthe first couple weeks? I really like the creamy vanilla but I am hesitate because Atkins shakes are a little higher in fat that the others.

my nutr recomended them for after wls, I stocked up on them. they are but they are real low in carbs and sugar- michele

Hi Chuck, Yes the Atkins should be find but make sure that they are sugar free.....we cant have any surgar what so ever.... hugs lisa
