Back atcha! I just posted that we were surgery mates on your other thread.
Can you believe it? I think I'm ill, but that's just nerves. How are you feeling?

I'm feeling pretty good. When I first got my date
I had diarrhea for days
which I'm sure was nerves. But so many people around me, family, co-workers are or have been sick with the flu (that just won't go away) and I think maybe I'm being paranoid but I don't want to get sick before my surgery. Maybe cautious is a better word than paranoid
. My mom was in the hospital last week with pneumonia and a friend of mine just had surgery. So with trying to stay at a distance from my co-workers, when I've gone to the hospital, I've looked like a fool wearing a mask and not touching anything or anyone.
And I've been taking garlic, Astragalus, and Goldenseal and making a tea concoction with other herbs. So far so good
. I don't know if you're into herbs and such but for nausea, even if from nerves
, make you some tea with ginger root. It does help!

I'll try it, for sure. I do so love ginger and the answer is always in nature, I'm convinced -- I just don't have a firm grasp of which herbs to take, and for what. I plan to up the immunity boosters as well, just to stave off any colds and such. Thanks for the tip!
