Count down to surgery

Went in and pre-register at St. Francis on Fridy, 12 more days to the beginning of my new life. I have one more pre-surgery appointment on Tuesday then I wait. I have no concerns about the surgery, Dr. Irqua is excellent. His office staff has been wonderful and very supportive. I wait now for final word from Misty that everything is a go for the 14th....Linda Darline, hope all went well with you on Friday too. We'll talk soon.

Linda, I know it is coming up fast cant believe it is almost here the nerves are really starting to work overtime for me. I have one last pre-op with anethesia on tues as well good luck... Hugs Lisa

HI Linda Waiting is probably one of the hardest things in all of this. I got my date a month ago and still have another month to go. The time really is moving pretty fast though. It would probably seem quicker if I were going for pre-ops over the next few weeks, would keep me busier than I already am. And I'd rather be busy... less time to think. lol But since I'm going out of the country, ALL of my pre-ops will be done in ONE day, the day after I arrive and the day before my surgery. It's a good thing my surgery IS the day after, I'll be so exhausted from the pre-op appointments.. I'll need the day of surgery to rest . Good luck on getting the final word!

this waiting is the hardest part for me . my date is the 4th so only 6 more days . I feel like a child waiting for christmas.. Good luck to you - michele
