welcome to the april losers......as far as vitamins your Dietician should of givin you a list mine recommended flinstones chewable complete, b12,iron for menstrating woman, and calcium hope this helps you can get these very inexpensively at walmart I think I spent $20-$25 .

Hi Hope! Congrats and best wishes on all your endeavors. You'll soon be on the losing side! My date is April 3rd. My dietician told me to get flinstone chewables, sublingual b-12, viactiv chewable calcium, vitamin E for the healing properties and she prescribed metanex for overall heart health. I was also told to increase my proten intake. I've eaten enough chicken to grow wings!!! I've also been practicing thoroughly chewing my food, sipping water and I'm trying to walk more. My pre op teaching class is Monday. I'll be sure to share what I learn.
