4 years out today!!!!
Well I am four years out today and while I have gained about 25 pounds I am alive and feel great. I don't know where I would be today without this surgery. I must get back to the basic and take off what I have gained as I cannot not afford to gain any more. How is everyone else doing in this great group of April 06??Good luck to all. Julia

I feel the same way you do with taking off what we have gained, wishing the tool was as active as it was four years ago. Seems I can eat a lot more and pretty much anything without getting sick. I liked the getting sick as it kept me from eatn what I shouldn't. I've been watching Ruby on the Style channel, last night they told her "Its not what your eatting but what is eatting you" making her get to the root of her food issues. Thinking that is what I need to do, I like food and I eat when I am stressed out. Which these days is a lot!
