Hello Joan,
Things here are good still down 140 lbs but have gained a few over the last year. LOL a few meaning 15-18 depending on the day.
I hope everyone else is somewhat maintaining funny four years has past and somedays it seems like yesterday while others it seems like fourteen years.
We need to connect more often!
