I can't stop EATING all I want to do is EAT all the time and it is not even that time of the month IS WHAT MAKES IT SO BAD WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANY SUGESSTIONS I AM OPEN FOR ANYTHING @ THIS POINTS!! Lynn

If you are eating too many carbs, like bread, potatos, rice, crackers, chips, and sugary foods, Stop! They only make you want more. Go back to basics, protien, protien, protien. If you eat enough dense protien it will make you full and stay full longer. If you need more support, go to the grads message board and join the accountability thread. You may get some advice there as well. Good Luck, you need to fix things before you start to regain weight. Sher

It's more so cookies , candy all junk foods is what makes it so bad but thanks for the reply I will check the Grads out at this point I gotta try any and everything I gotta stop the MADNESS!!!!!!!!!!!

Lynn, I'm right in there with you I can't stop eating. Yes it is carbs, mostly crackers and nuts. My surgeon wants me to lose another 50 lbs before he'll fix my hernia and get the tummy tuck done. Some of that is my mind that yes I want the surgery, and yes I need it. On the other hand my stomach is so protruded from the hernia that I look 6 or 7 months pregnant. Jeanne

I/m in the same boat.  I want to eat all of the time.  I have got on a trail mix kick lately and can't break it.  I am going to try to eliminate the carbs and see if that helps, but I can feel the pants starting to tighten and it scares me to death. Keep me posted on your success. Kim

Lynn I am in the same boat.  I have had suggestion given to me.  One is the 5 day pouch test.  They say if you try that it will help you kick the carb habit.

I did the liquid diet for a week plus I have been doing 30 or more minutes of exercising.  and  I lost 2 lbs. That  is a start.  I think this week I am going to try the 5 day pouch test.  I need to kick that carb, and sweet habit.

Have you guys tried James H's wagon plan diet?  Also, I changed up my multivitamin/mineral supplement and all of a sudden I am NOT hungry.  To the point that I have to remind myself to eat and when I do, it's just a little because I really don't care to eat.  I'll probably have an egg for breakfast, a chicken leg for lunch and 1/2 a chicken breast with some broccolli for dinner and i'm fine.  Now I just started this a few days ago so I don't know if it's the vitamins/minerals or what.  But I'm taking a centrum multimineral/vitamin supplement, a calcium supplement with zinc and magnesium and a b complex supplement.
