2 years WOW

Hey everyone!!! I just wanted to stop in and give us all a huge hug and say how proud I am to be here! It was 2 years ago yesterday that I had my surgery, and that day has changed my whole world. I am so much happier, healthier, and I want to thank you all for your support over this time. I went from pushing 250, and size 24 pants. To 110 and size 0 pants. This journey has been incredible for all of us, and I know that it continues still. Everyday I discover something new that I never knew was possible. Little things, that people take for granted all the time.....like, I took my kids to the beach yesterday and I didn't give it a second thought to just take off my shorts and top and OMG I was wearing a 2 piece swimsuit !!! Before I would have kept a shirt on for sure! For all of us, I hope that we keep these little triumphs in our hearts, but most of all keep them in our minds so that we never go back to old habits!!
