Losing still?
I too am unfortunately still losing...I started at 325-lbs and am as of this morning 115-lbs...I am 5-ft 9-inches so I know that is not a healthy weight. If I do not get at a minimum of 1200-calories a day I see a drop in the scale. I do not want to gain, heaven forbid, I just want to not have to be so diligent to remember to eat...any suggestions? Don't get me wrong, I would much rather have this problem than the problem I had before surgery: Fighting to stop gaining weight, lol!
