HOW ARE OTHER LAPBANDERS DOING?
Hi Donna - I rarely come here because I have never seen another lapbander here. I am not near goal - I would like to lose another 50 pounds or so but I am doing really well. I eat a little, drink at least 64 oz. a day and exercise everyday. I can run 3 miles without stopping and that is something I would have never thought I would do or want to do. Congrats on making your goal - that is awesome!
My lapband was 4/15/06. I lost 80 pounds of 190 goal then started gaining. I am up 60 pounds. Anyone with any ideas that would be great. Trying to find a therapist in southern IL or St Louis who knows something about these problems. I'm not hungry, I just want to eat so I do and the more I eat the more depressed I get then I eat again!
