where is every one br it is so cold here it was 4 this am when I got up & was going to church br ,I am still hanging on little by little getting better with carbs but still love pringles they are evil lol ,how is every one ?/

Hi Rebecca, I am doing good---1.2 pounds from my goal. I have set it at 150 but then really want to go lower so we shall see. Hoping for the TT next summer. I was in a store today, looking at a skirt and another lady there, said isn't that cute. There is a 6 and an 8 over there. I said---oh I wish. Not there yet but if the tummy were gone, would be. Legs looked little to her I guess. I was happy with the comment!! Stay warm! Julia

It's been a while since I've been on OH. I had my lower body lift and brachioplasty on 1/9, spent two nights at the hospital and two nights at a residence hotel near the hospital and then a week recuperating at my mother's. I am doing pretty well, although I have a spot on my butt that the surgeon is a bit concerned about, it's not healing as well as the rest of me, but hopefully it will work itself through. Because of the spot, I am still on an antibiotic and have to apply cream, but other than that, I really feel pretty good. I am going back to work on Tues and will see how that goes. It's been nice being pampered by my mommy and not have to deal with the stress of work! Even tho I am still pretty swollen, I can see how much excess skin is gone and how my body will more or less look and I'm pretty happy with it all. It does feel a bit strange not having to pick up skin when I shower and it feels like my torso is smaller. It's obviously not, but my tummy hung down and it just seemed like was longer because of it. I hope everyone is doing well and we're all happy and healthy! Sue

I herd buff up on protein so you will heal faster ,best of luck wish I had that done but ins would not cover so I am happy with my TT ,but would love to have my thighs done but I am to scared for it lol,let us know how things go

Hi Rebecca, it was 1 degree this morning up here in Vt. Doing well, way below my goal. I had set it for 145-150 and now weigh 123. Very happy with that. and Yes pringles are evil. I love pringles and funyuns.

Hello all, I haven't checked in for a while. I have been recovering from a total knee replacement which I had Dec20th. My least favorite operation at present. LOTS of pain for a good three weeks, still need pain medication even now to get through physical therapy, but getting better now each day. I must be a glutton for punishment. I have had consults with surgeon for hernia repair and plastic surgeon for abdominoplasty and breast lift. PS is submitting for panni removal, hernia should be covered , so they estimate total costs will be about 7500.00. Still alot of money, but ....... getting it all done together will reduce the total costs. Would like brachioplasty and possible thigh's done in the future, time will tell for those items, depends on the money and how I recover from this next surgery. My weight has been pretty stable for months now, around 151-153. Would like to lose 10 or 15 more but the scale hasn't moved. Did any others who have had PS lose weight with skin removal?
