I need help! I have about, now 25 pounds, lol, to lose to reach my goal. I got down to 165-168 and started working out and gained! Plus I moved and I seem to not be able to stick to my diet as well. I'm able to eat ALOT more food and because I'm used to eating so many meals a day, it's like I still eat 5-6 meals and it's not as small of a portion. Like I'm not getting full. My stomach is always growling. Can you give me some ideas on a good way to get back to the basics? The thing is, I am MAJORLY lactose intolerant to where I vomit if i eat anything dairy. So for protein, it's GOT to be meat. Can you help me out please?! I'm trying to build muscle to make me look a little better. My bottom looks horrible, lol! It's like I lost all the muscle in there. I've been trying the stair stepper but it looks like I may just HAVE to get plastic surgery! Any suggestions I would appreciate!!! Another thing I noticed, the b-12 shots used to boost my weightloss. I don't get them anymore, or haven't lately but I was losing just fine then got my last shot a few months ago and can't lose and gained since then! HELP me please!!!! Thanks! Sherry

I also found myself getting ill when consumeing milk products, yuck. BUT I bought the unflavored protein powder from GNC and use it in crystal light or any cold beverage, the calories are low, the protein high and you wouldnt know it was in there. Hope that helps
