repost from main board ... 17 months out and a Dump TMI WARNING
I am 17 months out today and ate my normal weight control instant oatmeal made with 2% milk....normally when i make it at home i just take a knife and drop in a slice or "Moove over butter" but today i was running late, so i took it to work and grabed to pads of land o lakes butter....eat the bowl, about 10 min later took a sip of water and felt like i was going to throw up right then...
thought i could sit it out then grabbed the trash can and did that dry heave thing....got to the little girls room, and was able to spit up some foamies (not much) then the sweats started...had to take my top off....oh no here comes the other end.....great i still feel like i have to throw up and now i'm gonna do number 2 in the toliet....great.....
well needless to say, i never did throw up but man did i feel like it.....i haven't had that feeling since i was about 3 months out.....

I know that sometimes things that agreed before sometimes do not w/o warning. I still have to avoid milk or I will get sick. Real butter I can sometimes if very small amount. For oatmeal I would leave out the margarine or butter.
Sometimes it is a combination of what was eaten the night before as to how breakfast will go.
Sorry you had to experience that. I know I cannot do any kind f icecream now due to the milk, even with splenda..I get the sweats, sick tummy and dizzy.
