Hello Rebecca! You really have worked the tool and have done so well. I will always remember our being able to meet before you moved! You are even prettier in person and that is probably because you are so pretty inside. Yes, I cna just imagine criss cross applesauce!!
Keep it up. I can't wait till we sell this house and move w/in driving distance of our daughter and her family.

Jennifer...have you gone to the WLS Grad forum? Check it out. Also Living After Weight Loss Sugery with Kaye Bailey. She has excellent helps for those that need a treaking of their pouch.
Get back to basics like protein first...low carbs. She has a 5 day pouch test (diet) that really has helped a lot of people. You are a loser at 102 lbs gone. And you can succeed at losing the excess weight. I will post the links for you after I post this.
Don't give up!

Here is Kaye Baileys site.

Try the 5 day pouch test and I know you will get back on track.
Joan
I will be praying for you.
Current weight: 190
Pounds lost since surgery: 151
What new thing are you doing since surgery: RUNNING!!! Even though I'm almost always the biggest person on the track! I'm running my first 5K next month!! Oh, and I can also climb over my washing machine to get the socks and washcloths that fall back there .
This surgery was the best thing thats ever happened to me and my family..
What do I wish were different? I never thought the excess skin would bother me, but the more I run and weight train the worse its getting. Sometimes the skin around my hips and tricep area hurt from bouncing up and down while running and it's been too warm for compression shirts and shorts yet. But in the big picture, its not really a problem.
Best of luck to everyone.. JenniV
Jenni you look great!!! I love the washing machine hurdles! I too love being able to do that. Wow, I wish I could run but with leg and ankle surgery in 185 I no longer am able to flex foot to run.
Yes, the skin is an issue with me also and I would love to have TT but my insurance needs 6 mos of documented by Dr. rashes...only had one last Dec.
And breast lift w/aug would be a dream but I don't think that will happen in my lifetime.
Thanks for responding to the post. Good to hear from you and see that smiling face once again.
You have done great!

I am late with this one, haven't been on much as I have been pretty busy living!
Current weight: 151
Pounds lost since surgery: 159
What new thing are you doing since surgery: Riding a bike, playing, climbing things, going, going and going!
I am so glad I had this surgery and would do it all over again in a heart beat!
The only thing I would do differently is exercise more from the start!
I am still getting WOW moments, few and far between but I love them all the same. I love going to the store and being able to just buy something cute off the rack and CHEAP! I went from a size 30 to a 8-10, so life is good!
Hope everyone is having an awesome end of summer, where have the last 18 months gone?
Hugs,
Jenni

Please do stop in and let us know the continued wow moments and changes that are made possible due to WLS.
