Neurontin anyone or other fibro meds?

Does anyone take Neurontin for fibro or other ailments? I am wondering how your digestive systems handles it. I think my Neurontin causes my intense abdominal cramps. I think I need to change to another med. What works for you? Kim M.

I use to take it for my Multiple Sclerosis, but have not been on it for years. Way before WLS. It did not give me gramps then.

I've taken a sister drug, Lyrica, with no problems. The Ortho who prescribed it said that it was neurontin with a slightly different configuration. Also the it was better because it had less side effects. It's supposed to be good for diabetic neuropathy and shingles nerve pain. He gave it to me becuse he thought the leg and toe curling foot cramps I was having had a neurological basis. Jeanne
