Just checked out your photos, looking good. Thanks for sharing. Let us know the total amount the skin removed weighed, when you find out. Did they say how long it takes for the swelling to go down? How long before you can exercise again? take care Sher

I will let you know how much & the swelling he said at least 6 weeks & for execrising 6 weeks also but the first 2 weeks you can not lift anything at all
