Shoulders Aching

Does anyone bones ache. Before RNY I did not have this problem. Now, my shoulders ache with a vengance. My husband has to give massages everyday. I don't mean just rubbing lightly. I mean mashing with intense pressure. When I do to put on clothes I can hardly lift up my arms all the way. This is causing me to be a little concerned. My surgeon's office says I need to check with my PCP but I told them the problem was not before surgery is started after.

April, something just isn't right. I could understand a little aching, but if you are having pain so badly that you have trouble dressing, you should definitely have your PCP or Surgeon check you out. I have had trouble with my back hurting and hips to the point of not being able to sleep, but your problem seems so intense. Call your doctor and go in is my suggestion. For your health, Kim M.

April..I would let PCP check it. Probably isn't WLS related but could be that now you are more active and could have pulled something. Don't fool with it..get it checked. Love in Him, Joan

to funny I hurt also my dr told me it is my body adjusting to the weight loss the body is reshifting if that makes any sence it does to me we use to hold our weight diff now the weight is comming off the body is reshifting ,hope this helps
