Carbs
I just read Darla's previous post and the responses and it got me thinking. I was never given an amount of carbs to eat in my diet - just portion amount and calorie amount to aim for.
I realize some carbs are better for you than others but what is "too many carbs"? Do you guys count how many you eat? I try to eat whole grains, fruits, and veggies for the most part. I did however have some bites of some simple carbs yesterday (baked chips, crackers) and was STARVING in the afternoon and evening. Today will be different so I can see if I'm not as hungry

Hi, my nut say that we should not get more than 60 to 70 carbs a day. I keep track of my protein, cal, fat, sugar, and carbs., everyday. Some days I do really good, some days I do lousy.
I have trouble getting the calories in. My nut wants me to get 1200 to 1500 a day. And I have to push myself to eat since I am not hungry anymore. So it is sure a challenge.
