Who still uses supplements?
 I still get one to two shakes, depending on where I am and how much protein I have consumed in  a day.  I usually start my day with a shake, because it is easier.  My physican didnt say one way or other how to get my protein, just make sure I get 70 to 100 grams.
You are doing a fantastic job.  I am at a stall sort of, I did lose over the weekend, but I had gain 7 pounds last week, so I have lost it this weekend.

 I never got into the habit of the protein drinks.  I was using AnyWhy powder in my daily yogurt but have quit that too.  My doctor said I only need about 40-50 grams a day and I should be getting that from food.  Every doctor is alittle bit different.  Mine doesn't even have us do the B12.   We're doing the sub-lingual anyway.
