no weight loss for months

I need to know how much water i am to get in and how much protein???? i was 211 when i started in april 2006 and now i am 155 i just want to lose 10 more pounds.. i exercise 4 to 5 miles a day... what am i doing wrong????please help

I was told to drink at least 64 ounces of water per day. I do not count the protein I eat, only the protein I drink. I was drinking three protein drinks a day then I slacked off and was only having two on many days. My weight loss has totally stalled. I'm now making sure I get my water and protein in and hopefully my scale will start moving again. I was 333 when I started and I weigh 207 now. Eating the white carbs (not whole grain) will seriously stall your weight loss. If you are over doing it and eat too many whole grain carbs or fruits that can slow it down too. Lizzie

At least 64oz water or other sugar free, caffiene free beverage. 60-80 grams protien a day. Have you tracked your nutrition using either fit day or spark people web sites? It might give you some insite on wether you are eating enough or not enough in regards to number of calories, amount of protien ect. You need to get enough calories in along with all that exercise you are doing or your body will think you are starving it and you won't lose weight. Good luck Sher
