losing again
Hello Gang...still busy getting ready to put house on market and get ready to move to Colorado if that is the Lord' will for us...but have been sick for three days, sinus and ears and now chest...started antibiotics yesterday.
I have been weighing in at between 146-147.6 and once 148. But this week I increased water...finally able to drink larger amounts and I started losing, not sure if it was the water or being sick..but yesterday I weighed 144.6 and today I weigh 142.4!
I made Dr.s goal in March of 150 but had really wanted to be closer to normal BMI well today I am only 10lbs from that BMI.
But I am worred I will look too thin so I support I will keep a check on it and people are calling skinny and my friend who had surgery the same day as I did calls me "twiggY) for those older folks who may remember that name.....I am not fond of it at all.
But I am taking protein supplements and eating the right foods but have increased the water intake to what it should be. SO I am thinking that is the reason.
Love ya all and sorry I do not do the Ethel wants to know...Maybe after I get over this sickness..I have had sinus headache for amost 4 days now...I feel bad...

Sorry to hear that you've been under the weather. I hope you feel better soon. At least a side benefit is the weight loss!
I'm old enough to know who Twiggy is, but now that America's Next Top Model is a popular show alot of the younger folk will know who she is, since she's been a judge on the show.

Dear Joan, still losing, good for you. I remember Twiggy, too. I think some people say things without thinking, either they don't know what to say that is appropriate or they might even be a little envious of anothers success.
It sounds like you are doing everything right and that your weight will adjust for itself.
I hope you feel better and that everything with your home and moving goes the way you have planned.
