One Year Measurement Update

I had my one-year-out appointments with the nutritionist, psychiatrist, and exercise phsyiologist today at Einstein Bariatrics. The EP sent me an email later, with these measurement comparisons. Sometimes it's hard to see the big picture, but man, these are some numbers! "Hi Linda here are your pre-operation measurements compared to your post-operation measurements. They are amazing! Congrats!" Pre-Op (all in inches) Left Thigh: 28.4 Right Thigh: 28.5 Left Arm: 16.7 Right Arm: 16.7 Neck:--- Chest: 64.6 Waist: 50 Hip: 51.2 Post-Op Left Thigh: 21.75 Right Thigh: 22.25 Left Arm: 12.25 Right Arm: 11.75 Neck: 14 Chest: 44 Waist: 39 Hip: 44 -------- BTW, I started at 279 and am now at 175, in poundage.

Good job Linda! WOW measurements! Those are great 20 inches in some areas alone- how wonderful is that! I bet your in awe looking at them. What a great year! Keep it up! Jenni

Wow, Linda..great job!! I have kept a measurement log since day of surgery and measure on 25th of each month. It is awesome to see the results. I will post mine in my profile later today. You must be so proud of this accomplishment. Have a blessed day. Joan
