1 year today...
Wow, what a incredible ride! 
This has been the best year ever!! i know that you all understand what i am saying.....i get asked all the time if i would do it all again, and i say "i would do the surgery once a year if i had to, in order to be this person that i am now" my outside finally matches what i have been on the inside....i am down from 240 to 110 size 24 to 0. i can run, play with my kids, do just about anything that i want to without thinking twice at it 
.....i dont live for food at all anymore, i make wise choices 99% of the time without thinking about it. i love my life. i am forever grateful for the tool that we have been given, i am blessed to have this.
i wish you all out there another great year for us !! keep up the great work! you all deserve everything that you have accomplished this year! even though i am not online a lot, you all are always in my thoughts.

Jen, that is totally awesome girlfriend. You are my idol. I am happy for this tool, even if I am not a size 0, dont expect I will get that low. I am at a stand still, but I am happy, because I am so much healthier and happier than I was one year ago.

We have all been blessed by having had WLS and getting this tool to help us reach our goals. You have made it in one short year, others of us will take a while longer but we all have accomplished so much in this past year and are living healthier lives.
