1 year anniversary!

I'm right there with you. I had given up on enjoying life, I think part of me had given up on life in general but now for me, the sky is the limit!! They say we all find another obsession or addiction to replace food, mine has definitely got to be adrenaline. There are so many things I want to do that I never would have been able to before...first on my list is to go sky diving. I've gotten pretty close to my surgeons nurse, she had the surgery not long after me, although she didn't have as much to lose as me, we both seem to crave adrenaline, so we both have plans to sky dive!! I'm excited and am planning it for the next month or so!!!!

Happy Anniversary to you. You have done awesome - WOW - over 200 lbs lost in 1 year. That is so good. You deserve to be proud of yourself and you deserve a great boost in self confidence. It is kinda weird though thinking that people are looking at "us" not the obesity that hid us before. I had a quick look at your pics and it is a beautiful transformation you have undergone over this past year. Keep up the good work. Your goal is within reach. You go Girl!!! Carolyn
