still struggling to get the soup down....had bad time last night with asparagus...did not digest...yuck all night....

It is Matrix Cookies and cream and it is yummy! Just like a cookies and cream normal shake with pieces left in it...there is also whey gourmet cookies and cream that comes very close to Matrix. I order mine from bariatriceating.com...I bought a 5 pound bag...but she also sells samples of many protein powders!
Would you like to try it? I wouldn't mind packing some up for you.
