B-I had two cups of protein coffee
S-choc chip mini cookie (craving bad snacks lately...ugh!)
L- 1.5 cups of chicken noodle soup
D- probably 1 cup of chicken noodle soup and a small garden salad
s- still want a few chips and salsa since we still have some left!
If anyone wants to know what my coffee is...YUMMO...give it a try:
SF cinnamon dolce latte (just like starbucks excepet with protein!!!!)
4 ounces of vanilla micular milk (bought at bariatriceating.com) ~good stuff~ 10 grams of protein
4 ounces of decaf coffee
2-3 squirts of starbucks sf cinnamon dolce latte syrup (bought there 6.95)
a dallop of light reddi whip
sprinkle of cinnamon
*** Heat the mice milk in microwave for 40 seconds then add coffee to it. Put in a few squirts of SF syrup and add a dallop of whip topping along with just a tad bit of cinnamon spice on top....this stuff is awesome ***
