Hello Everyone...anyone? Here is what I have had or hope to have before falling to sleep tonight.... cal/fat/carb/protein Oatmeal Fit & Active 1 serving...100/2/18/4 with added milk 3oz skim....32/0/4/3 and I added 1 T Cherry Cranberry Pecan Salad Pizazz....60/3/8/0 Body Fortress Vanilla Protein Powder 1 serving....110/2/1/23 String Cheese Happy Farms 1 serving....80/3/1/7 Asparagus, roasted 4 spears....14/0/3/2 Potatoes, baked, .5 (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")....73/0/17/2 SF popsicles Tropical 1 serving....15/0/4/0 Chicken, boneless, 3 oz.....141/6/0/22 Body Fortress Vanilla Protein Powder 1 serving....110/2/1/23 Quaker rice snacks mini caramel(7) 1 serving....60/0/13/1 Totals 796 17 70 86 Have a great weekend.....I don't usually post on the weekend what Ethel is eating because I am usually too busy.... B-I had two cups of protein coffee S-choc chip mini cookie (craving bad snacks lately...ugh!) L- 1.5 cups of chicken noodle soup D- probably 1 cup of chicken noodle soup and a small garden salad s- still want a few chips and salsa since we still have some left! If anyone wants to know what my coffee is...YUMMO...give it a try: SF cinnamon dolce latte (just like starbucks excepet with protein!!!!) 4 ounces of vanilla micular milk (bought at bariatriceating.com) ~good stuff~ 10 grams of protein 4 ounces of decaf coffee 2-3 squirts of starbucks sf cinnamon dolce latte syrup (bought there 6.95) a dallop of light reddi whip sprinkle of cinnamon *** Heat the mice milk in microwave for 40 seconds then add coffee to it. Put in a few squirts of SF syrup and add a dallop of whip topping along with just a tad bit of cinnamon spice on top....this stuff is awesome ***
