Feeling a lot better now...I have been cleaning out closets and getting organized today plus cleaning bathroom floors (small tiles) with soft scrub and and small brush...whew couldn't have done this last year at this time for sure!!!! Couldn't even bend before surgery! Praise God I am free!!! Girl you eat good!! I should make me homemade quesadilla with chicken and cheese and low carb totilla and my homemade salsa...yum...hey I just might change my dinner tonight....... Joan

Same thing as usual.... B-protein SF cinnamon dolce latte S- mini butterfinger bar (oooohhhh baaaaadd!) L- chicken noodle soup D- chicken noodle soup S-will have salsa and chips as I watch Grey's anatomy (every Thursday) Thants it...boring...but atleast I am getting some protein in now P.S. how exactly DO we insert pictures at the side of our postings? Black bean brownies. no flour, no sugar, has protien and fiber. If anyone is interested I will post it for you.
