Hey Girlfriend...we all have changed so much in this past year and we will continue to change and grow in ways that we cannot begin to see yet. I know last night in the van with my Pastor's wife as we were getting ready to go into this church where the ladies' nite out was..I started to tear up and I said to my sweet friend..."I just thank the Lord that I don't have to be afraid anymore or have to pray to Lord to please not let me be the biggest woman in ths place anymore"...she didn't realize how hard it is to enter a new place and know that people's eyes are looking at you in a way that hurts. Even though they love you as a fellow believer we all know that people wonder how did she get that big, why doesn't she do something...and so on. so I was just overwhelmed with gratitude to the Lord for settnig me free from that bandage and guilt and for letting me live the life He desired for me to live along. He has definitately restored to me the years the locusts had eaten of my life as the Bible says. And I am forever grateful for His wisdom and guidance and provision for this surgery. You guys make me feel like part of the family and I pray for each of you even the lurkers daily that the Lord would reveal Himself to each of you. In His love and gratefulness, Joan M

I just checked out your photos. They are just great, your look wonderful. It is so amazing to me to see how far we all have come in just one year. I have no doubt that you will make your own goal in the near future. Take care of that knee, be careful. After I injured one knee then relying on my good one so much I ended up injuring that one too, but I was at that time over 300lbs so that only added to the strain. Thanks for sharing. Sher

Yes, I agree to the anniversary pics..too bad we all don't live near each and get a group shot!!! You all have made this journey so much easier for me and I thank God for each of you. I pray each of us can bless others that read about us and see our before and afterphotos and just hope they can do as well as we have...the way we did before we had surgery (remember how many days we clicked next..next..next) Thanks everyone for your kind comments.
