UGH! Mono!
My 15 yr old son has mono. He missed school all last week. He's actually feeling a bit better today and not sleeping constantly. The Doctor said he can return to school as soon as he feels up to it but no sports or gym for one month. He's really bummed about not being able to play roller hockey, he loves it.
I have to call my Doctor tomorrow to see about getting tested too. I've been sick all week and sleeping a lot so we're worried I might have it too - yikes!
Prayers for health would be appreciated. Thank you.
Lizzie
I will definately pray for you, hoping you DONT got it, and for a speedy recovery for your son. That age it is hard for them to be sick. They have so much going on that they like. Really bums them out. Hope is all well soon
Take care of your whole family.
Prayers are out to you and your whole family.

Oh Lizzie, I am certainly praying tat you don't have mono too. Let's hope you are just tired from taking care of a sick child. All mom's know how draining that can be. Prayers for you. Also, my daughter missed a month of school due to pneumonia complicated with asthma. It is possible to get caugt up and the school can send a tutor to your home to help your son keep on top of his work. I used to tutor children like this often. It could be children with all different ailments. Check into it. You don't have to pay for it. Praying, KimM.
