S = some mixed nuts
L = 2 deviled eggs
S = ON Whey french vanilla creme protein drink with some cocoa powder and decaf instant coffee added to make it like a frozen mochaccino - YUMMY!
D = zuchinni lasagna (use zuchinni instead of the pasta)
S = Another protein drink done like the frozen mochaccino - that was TOO good.
