Things are not in order of eating but what I plan for the day. SOme days I can get it all and others no way. Ethel my pouch is still the boss. Oatmeal Fit & Active 1 serving....100 2 18 4 Milk, skim or nonfat, 2oz......21 0 3 2 Tuna, canned, water pack 2 oz......33 0 0 7 Mayonnaise, regular .5 T.....49 5 0 0 garden salad .5 C.......3 0 1 0 String cheese Frigo LF 1 serving....60 3 1 9 South Beach Southwest Chicken wrap 1 serving....240 11 26 25 carbs will be less because I can never get two tortillas in me even though they are small. B = ON Whey french vanilla creme protein drink S = some mixed nuts L = 2 deviled eggs S = ON Whey french vanilla creme protein drink with some cocoa powder and decaf instant coffee added to make it like a frozen mochaccino - YUMMY! D = zuchinni lasagna (use zuchinni instead of the pasta) S = Another protein drink done like the frozen mochaccino - that was TOO good. Lizzie

OK Who is that woman in the new picture?????? I could not believe it when I saw it!! You look incredible!! Wow...I just went to your profile to make sure there was no other April S and it really was you!! Awesome Girl!!! no idea for sure B: scrambled egg and chorizo.. yum S: 1/4 of a big slim jim L: dunno yet not hungry...and nothing sounds good at all.. S: maybe the rest of the slim jim?? D: Dunno yet something simple though.. maybe soup. I am sick and I am tired.. and i don't want to cook and I don't want to eat. I know I will have a protien shake just unsure when. I would make those lovely stuffed portabello's but I can hear yaron gagging already
