Salad Spritzer Balsamic Breeze10 1 1 0 ( love this) I mix the two and never use 10 sprays or 2T but still count the same.
The calories are too low for today but I couldn't get second protein shake in or eat anything else after dinner and the chicken. We all know my struggle with chicken but...hooray got all the chicken in for 1st time in almost 10 months!
