Here is a tasty recipe and it's high in protien and absolutely delicious. portobella mushrooms, stems and insides removed stuffed with LF ricotta cheese 1 cup, mix in 1 egg and 2 tbls grated parmesan cheese. place mushrooms top side down in baking dish. Stuff with ricotta mixture top with LF mozzarella cheese, then pour about 1 cup tomato sauce over all. Bake in 250* oven about 20-30 minutes. enjoy

I make this! You want to make it even MORE yummy??? I season the cheese upjust like I do lasagna with garlic and parsley. with the cheese either put some shrimp on there OR I have used diced up Trader joes turkey meatballs too!! Shrimp are low cal fairly high protien. The turkey meatballs are about the size of gold balls and 2 o thm= 100 cals, 4grams of fat, 6 gams of carbs, 12 grams of protien! MMM.. it's SO good!!! i may make these next week! I am set on meals this week
