I suppose not too bad of a day. Could have been better though I won't beat myself up over it. On March 1st, I weighed 210lbs... today, March 5th, I weigh 203.5lbs I guess my body was just readjusting or something??? That is almost 7lbs in less than a week! I haven't had a loss like that since before my 6 month mark. Amazing...and even though my nutritionist suggested I lower my calorie intake from 800 to 600....which lasted about a day...I just couldn't function properly with 600 calories. I continued to keep it under 800 and I still lost. So I guess it just must have been a stall of sorts.
Yahoo on the 7lb loss!!!! Onederland won't be far now!!!!! Hooray...yes I agree with the 600 calories...no way Girlfriend...not at this stage in our surgery.
Thanks about the picture...but I think I look older in it then the last one...but I am older...so who cares...I feel good!!!

What did I eat....ahhh not too good today, but that is nothing new.
Oatmeal- sugar free with protein powder added 15 gram protein
1/2 protein bar 10 gram protein
Subway wrap- the insides only wrap too chewy 15 gram protein
other 1/2 protein bar 10 grams
Cheetios- 100 calorie pack (not good)
Chili with cheese- no idea protein lots of ground turkey, and beans
Hot cocoa with protein powder 20 protein
lots of water and fuse....I gained .5 this morning so...
I am 1 pound away from a total loss of 150 pounds so I need that 1 by next weeks offical Monday weigh in. I am not going to get it eatting cheetios or chex mix!
