Hello Gang...much better day today.....Priase the Lord...Sooooo Ethel wants to know what ya planning on eating? Food cal/fat/carb/protein B - AchievOne 120 0 5 20 L - Boca Burger 90 3 4 14 w/ 2% Borden Cheese Single 50 3 1 4 1/3 c. Green Giant Simply Steam - Broccoli & Carrots 24 1 2 1 I have no idea what I will eat for dinner. Probably chicken breast. I did liquids during the day for the past few days and had a meal of actual food at night. I did okay. I woke up to a 2 1/2 lb loss overall this morning. I hope it stays that way. It has been bouncing up and down all month.

haven't put in fit day yet B: 2 pieces of low fat jarlseburg 140 cals 18 grams protien S: 100 cal pack of cheese chex mix.. bad I know but it tasted SO good.. blah bad stacey L: craving pizza.. but then I realized it was the toppings.. I couldn't care about the crust.. SO I am taking a piece of salami.. topping it with 2 pieces of turkey pepperoni and a pinch of mozz cheese pop it in the micro for a few secs to crisp the meat and melt the cheese put a small S nothing planned mayb jerky or something D: dunno yet

we went out to dinner to my fav steak resturant I had: -3 grape tomatoes -2 slices of cucumber (I know this exactly because my 2 year old inhaled the rest) -1 bite of sour dough my kid shared -1 bite of twice baked potato -1 shrimp -3 bites of sirloin before my pouch started revolting.. when i got home I looked pregnant.. I still look pregnant this morning.. so I think imanaged to pop between home and the resturant. once we left and I was walking I flt better.
