Well, with as slow as things are this week...I hope to lose 5lbs by then...would love 8-10 but don't think that will happen.

What a great motivator!
I want to be down 12 pounds by April 1st....that would put me in the 150's, and much nearer to my goal of 150. Increase the exercise and decrease the carbs.

My goal is to exercise more and eat less carbs. I have to go to PT for my back and knees before I can go back to the gym and I'm just waiting for our medical debit card to come in the mail to do that.
I'm not setting a weight goal.
