I have one goal that should spiral into more- Not so many CARBS in my daily diet.... And that should lead to less weight, smaller clothes, feel better.....you get the point!

I definitely would like to have a 10lb loss, putting me under 170. Up my exercise routine again. Decrease my carb intake, and increase my protein intake. STOP SNACKING ALL DAY!!! Lady D

I would like to be 170 by April 1. That is 10 pounds. Seemed so much easier to do months ago. We could do that in a week or two. Now it takes us a month and a half! Oh well, keep on trucking!

Too bad that is how it works huh! I would like to have been able to keep up the 15 to 20 or so a month but it is comforting to know that we all seem to be slowing considerably, that it is just the way it seems to be at this stage. Julia
