Not too bad of a day...not under 600 calories, but I guess I'll get there at some point. I worked out hard on the elliptical machine and treadmill this evening. According to the displays, I burned 412 cal on the elliptical and 320 cal on the treadmill. I definitely burned more calories than I ate!
