How much lost in Feb????

Congratulations on getting close to your goal. This month I have been staying about the same. My original goal was to lose 110 pounds, but I've actually lost 140 pounds. Believe it or not, it was difficult to stop losing. The last couple months I've been eating foods like rice, potatoes, pasta, crackers so I can maintain. I'm still having a problem eating real foods like meat and vegetables. It seems like the food that I have to chew more give me a problem. I can only handle 3 or 4 bites. I've really increased my walking/running on the treadmill. I did 35 miles last month. My goal for this month is 50 miles. Everyone in this forum has done extremely well. For those that are close to goal, you'll be there in no time. Keep up the great work.
