Hello everyone...Ethel wants to know what ya eatin? I am having a lot of ladies over for a Ladies Night Out from Church tonight and I made white bean chicken chili and cream of potato soup and a salad. The ladies are bringing bread, desserts and another salad and drinks and I will share a devotional. It is part of our Women's Ministry. So I have been busy tryong to figure out the counts. (yeah, I broke the liquid fast when I got home from work. But I had to g run and I felt lightheaded) I still cannot belive I ate 817 calories when I starved all day long.
