PROTEIN DRINK RECIPES - WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE?

Hello I am getting lazy with my protein drinks. Or should I say bord. Please give me your favorite recipes or favorite drink you purchase already made. I currently drink grape frost isopure and Nectar Cappacinno. Thanks Shelly

The only protein drink I drink is a packet of nestle carb select hot cocoa mix with a scoop of protein powder and some ho****er. Not sure what I am going to do come summer but for now it works and it is yummy!

My favorite is ON Whey vanilla with two heaping tablespoons of canned pumpkin, some cinnamon and a packet of splenda. Lizzie

I buy the Atkins advantage shakes already just grab & go. They can get a bit pricey, but sams club sells them 12 to a pack for 13.99. I also like whey protein powder from walmart( vanilla Or choc). i switch off every other day powder & skim milk , next day atkins. DeAnn
