Gus, you have done so well---congratulations! I read your profile and you certainly had a fight to get to surgery alright. I too, cannot believe it has almost been a year for all of us. I had my surgery on the 10th of April and I am ecstatic over how much better I feel this year than last. This surgery is a life saver for all of us. I have lost a total of 127.5 pounds so far with about 50 left to my goal. I hope to make it by my birthday in September. Good luck and keep up the good work. Julia

I am down 118 pounds from my highest of 301. (currently 183). Today I bough a pair of 14 misses jeans...and Holy Crap! THEY FREAKEN FIT! I almost did the dance of joy in the store. I can't remember when I was a size 14. Maybe when I was 16. I am now 42! I have 23 more pounds to go to surgeons goal. 33 to mine. WORDS CAN NOT DESCRIBE THE JOY I FEEL!
