After holding at 170 for the last three weeks, this morning I dropped to 169!! I'm very happy to be in new #'s

Congrats!!! I have been kissin' the 160's mark myself (staying at 171 and 172 for the last 2 weeks) and I am so glad to hear that someone is making over that hump. There is decidedly something about being in those numbers...seems like every ten pound drop in onederland is a milestone. 'Specially cuz it seems to take so long. Congrats again! Cyndi

That is just great. Congrats. I guess we all are inching our way to our goals. I am a couple of pounds from being in the 160's myself. I have not seen those numbers since before I was married 30 years ago.
