Don't have an idea what Ethel had as far as counts go... Thursday nothing! Friday very little...Sat...went to O'Charley's and had 1/2 portion of the new California salad with greens, dried cranberries, manderin oranges, blue cheese, grilled chicken and balsamic vinigrette...yum and brought 1/2 of the 1/2 salad home for dinner. I went to their web site for nutrition info and none was there soI sent email asking for it. I also had a protein shake and low carb SF yogurt. But at least I could eat...praise God after Wed. and Thurs. Ethel thanks you Sher for doing this Joan M
