Plateau diet
Yeah, I hope it limits it, and I hope not is wrong, last time I had this much trouble, there was a blockage, so lets pray that isnt it this time. I will be fine, just have to watch with goes into that pouch of my, . Also, I think it might have been the peanuts, I usually dont eat them, and when I do it isnt very much. So maybe that is what it is. My pouch sure lets me know when to stop, for sure, :

Rebecca, I use chicken broth cubes and add a packet of true lemon. It is very good and warm. I also drink hot tea, water of course, crystal light is good hot or cold too. I am on day 4 and have lost 2 pounds in the that time frame which, for me, is good. It is getting easier but do look forward to that protein drink tonight! Oh I also drink SoBe lean--they are good too and nice to take to work with me. Good luck. Julia

I have been drinking beef broth, chicken broth, tea, coffee, sugar free popsicles, crystal light, and hot chocolate. I put a little bit of milk in my hot beverages because I can't drink them otherwise.
Good luck with this. I had to fight hard the first day to stay away from food but each day has gotten easier.

Rebecca, I did the chicken, beef and vegtable broth, plus one v-8 drink a day. Sf popsickles, sf jello, and then on the 4 day I had protein shake with soy light milk. As long as it is liquid it shouldnt be a problem, and when you feel hungry you can always grab something to drink or a sf pudding, or jello.
Good luck on the weight loss. It sure helped me, last week, we will see if it helps this week.
