Wednesday's are always weird. I have some girlfriends over to do papercrafting and we don't stop for lunch just snack throughout the day. Everyone brings a snack to pass. b = protein shake, vanilla s = sugar free chocolate pudding cake (too many carbs but at least it's sugar free) l = carrotts and dip s = protein shake d = salad in a spinach wrap s = pumpkin protein shake Lizzie

Sher...you are doing great....still losing and eating balanced meals. WHat more could you want? Isn't WLS great! Pray for me...I have been hurting since last night and having awful gas pains (belching) since I ate three noodles with alfredo sauce and 1oz of chicken and two pieces of brocolli steamed very tender. I had to leave church before it even started. Hubby brought me home and I took Prevacid and went to bed but hurt all night. Took Prevacid at 4am and am still hurting with lots of gas still. Has this ever happened to you? Joan M

Have you tried GasX for the gas? I hope you are feeling better. I wonder if it was the broccoli? I don't recall having that happen to me at all. Lizzie
